Returns & Refunds


If you'd like to cancel an item, you must contact me within 14 days from the date you received your order. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be securely packaged when returning as our products are fragile. We recommend using the original packaging.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also confirm the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the goods back.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. You must obtain proof of postage.

Items are returned at your own risk and we cannot accept liability for any returns damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


We don't accept exchanges but please let us if you have any problems with your order.
